Good home base for one night with excellent and fabulously friendly employees with unfriendly manner.

The location of the hotel is peaceful and ideal, facing city. Egea al Casale, where you can eat dinner, is a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

Close to airport and city ring.
Location. 800 m uphills to bus station, which is 10 min to railway station Muratella. Train does not go directly to city center. A change either at Trastevere to Aurelia and Vatican, or at Pyramides to Colosseum and main train station is required. A whole wau is about 1 hour.

I did multiple booking but when i got to the hotel they said it was only for 2 people not 3. Asked me to pay almost 600 euros when the total for five night stay was 377. Would not resolve until I gave them a printed proof of the total. Tried to charge my credit card for 700 dollars and 800 dollars on two separate occasions but my bank blocked it as my card limit was only 500. I was not happy with the hassle the hotel staff put us through and don't understand why they tried to charge my card as i wasn't even supposed to pay at the point and I had said i was paying cash.

Like any other Ibis Hotel, you know exactly what you're going to find, related to facilities.
The location is not good for turism because it is very far from the city. You have to catch a bus and a train to go to the mains turistics points.

good location but average service
The hotel's location is very convenient, being close to a bus station, made it easy to reach the city. Nearby, I found a lovely gelateria that added some joy to my evenings.
One staff member lacked friendliness and seemed unwilling to help.

Unlike other ibis hotels, room we stayed was not cramped and had good space in the bathroom. Good ambience and nice staff.
Breakfast service was not proper, not ready to serve near full capacity of the hotel. Good planning could solve this issue.

Thanks everyone for a such great stay in a value for money Ibis. I enjoyed large and functional room here with an ashtray, spacious modern bathroom, for instance. The position of the hotel was good and absolutely perfect, helpful in getting me a taxi to go to Rome Open Tennis tournament.
